1. Agreement

By using WPS-SIF you agree to these terms. WPS-SIF provides payroll and WPS-compliance tooling for UAE SMEs. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of payroll data and for meeting Wage Protection System obligations.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding workspace credentials and for the actions of users you invite. Access is role-scoped; you must not attempt to access another tenant’s data.

3. Billing

Plans are billed per the pricing in effect. Failed payments move the workspace to a read-only grace period before suspension; data is retained per our retention policy.

4. Liability

WPS-SIF is provided on a best-effort basis. Verify generated SIF files and statutory amounts against the current bank and MOHRE requirements before submission.
